工作人员：

Alright, Can I have your name, id and the confirmation number please?

好的，请出示一下你的姓名和身份证件，以及确认码

之后工作人员会跟你确认你要租的车（model），租车时长（rental period），还车时间（drop-off date），费用(rental fee)，以及需要买的 保险(insurance coverage)。

需要提供一下你的驾照
